good days, good times!

yesterday was great fun!. i went to class and then got a phone call telling me to go to Chuck E. Cheese when i got off work... so after a couple hours of games there with the rain-hater, i went to watch a bunch of guys act barbarrick and get all hot and sweaty for 3 hours...(roller hockey) it was actually a LOT of fun. the guys were hystarical and since i like sports, i enjoyed it! then i went to the rain-hater's house and watched movies. GREAT DAY! got to act like a kid.

today was pretty good too. woke up to a great day...the weather was perfect. then after class, lunch at CFA and then class again... hung out in the douglass college center and parking deck before heading to work.
today is chad and calebs bday! 28 and 23 respectivly... i got chad a chicken elmo (elmo is dressed as a chicken and sings the chicken song and even does the dance...VERY FUNNY!) and i got caleb...oh wait...he hasnt gotten it yet...cant reveal it yet...not till he gets the package..sorry! :-)

oh...chad said one of the birds from the food court flew into one of our tea urns and flailed around...making a HUGE mess...as though the urn had exploded and then the bird eventually drowned. SO BIZARRE!

tomorrow should be great fun.. church group is heading to Six Flags. Coincidentally, Rain-hater is meeting me there later in the day. a bunch of his f-body friends are going but since i have the hook up w/ free tickets, hes using me to get in for free. (j/k) im pumped b/c 1. its six flags but 2. its supposed to rain...FUN!

Caleb had some interresting things to say today. very interresting. full of imagery. i wonder why im "late again". thats puzzling.

for some reason...i just dont have a whole lot to say! ODD!

I%20am%20Juliet%2C%20from%20Shakespeare's%20%22Romeo%20and%20Juliet.%22

Romeo and Juliet's: Juliet - The daughter of Capulet and Lady Capulet. A beautiful thirteen-year-old girl, Juliet begins the play as a naïve child who has thought little about love and marriage. She grows up quickly, though upon falling in love with Romeo, the son of her family's great enemy. Though she loves Romeo as profoundly as he loves her, Juliet nevertheless demonstrates a more level and sober head than does her paramour. Until a falling out near the end of the play, the Nurse is Juliet's closest, and, it seems, only confidante and friend. She fakes her death upon being ordered into an unwanted marrige and Romeo, thinking Juliet dead, kills himself in her tomb. Upon awakening and seeing Romeo dead, Juliet stabs herself with Romeo's dagger.

Rain-hater~
thank you for the "forecast" i really like your weather. im not so sure why you are scared of it. looks like a great day to me. you are good at it. (forecasting that is) dont be afraid to use that talent and definately dont hide it. and dont be afraid of letting the rain drops fall on the floor. it will only form a puddle which you can use to jump in. thats half of it right there. learning to be daring enought to jump....get your feet wet and pretty soon youll be diving in...totally uninhibited.

TOTALLY jumping tracks for a moment. i need a favor.
someone tried to go too deep and left me this as their reason for why.
please unlock the puzzle that lies within so that i can look into their eye.

get angry, in fact get furious. i am entitled to say things and write things and feel things that may only make sense to me.you dont have to like them, embrace them, accept them or understand them, your right. i did duck because i knew where it would lead and i wasnt in the mood. thats allowed to ya know. im not in combat 24/7 the way you are. i question, believe me i do. and i analyze and probe but at the same time i know (for the most part) when to let things lie. you didnt know the whole story. when you asked, you immediatly went into a sword fight without warning. a very unfair match. my whole point was to publish what i thought was a good line...that being the last line of the post which wasnt even said by me. all credit for that goes to the hater of rain. i just felt it needed a bit of background in order to preface his line. it was simple. not deep and complex. just what i thought was a very good line that made me smile. so back off. stop your attack and put away your sword.i thought we had come to an understanding where we shouldnt need those walls and barriers and bullet proof vests with one another. yeah, what you said pissed me off and yeah it made me wanna put up walls and put up my fists but i made myself remember who you were and who youve been and in order to protect all of that,.... i withdrew and let you be right and allowed myself to cool off. im not willing to risk what has been built over something so trivial. leave it be. lets move on from here and let it lie.
your right i didnt say goodnight. for fear of saying something i might regret. no words of anger do i wish to speak to you. however sometimes a good brawl is needed to sharpen one another and tighten the bond. who knows the reason but whatever. i know it wont make up for it, but....goodnight challenging swordsman...a thousand goodnights and wishes for captivating dreams until this battle is presented and i am face to face with my challenger.

on coffee:
ive been drinking coffee more
it makes me feel old
i drank coffee this morning....out of a pot...
not a cappuccino, or a caramel machiato, or anything....just coffee
it scared me
ive always said i hated coffee
and never believed it when people said
"as you get older, you'll aquire a taste for it"
so why now am i drinking it?
partially because of you
and this creative wave that has covered me
but none the less i am drinking coffee occassionally
and am even having craving to go to coffee shops and just ....sit
what is wrong w/ me.
its like....people have this impression of wine
that they correllate to something romantic and apparently
there is something linking creativity,
in a very odd way, to coffee

To the Hater of Rain~
you are definatly unique. fun, but unique....its just a shame that you hate the rain....oh what experiences you will miss. "jumping tracks" now....thanks for everything...even the broccoli...I AM NOT AFRAID! i will show that broccoli whos the boss. just so you remember the 3 rules! i am a bit surprised you didnt run....those things that i revealed that most people over react to...you didnt. thanks for thinking that i am normal... i think. like i said, normal people scare me.
i think i would have made you proud last night.... i was able to avoid the trees unlike someone else i know. :-) but i was able to arrive alive. and thats what counts.
**insert "word" here
so anyway...why does the sky have to be so polluted? kinda kills it dont you think? T-tops are great but when the view isnt the greatest, it kinda defeats the purpose. oh well. alabama sky is better. its bigger...as opposed to here where its smaller....WHAT?? i make such sense.
so about that.... i am pleased at your self control... only you werent completely successful. its like me with alcohol....havent thus far, so i see no need to start now....unlike you.... you hadnt thus far but it was just too tempting for you. you just had to pull the string. so weak! so so weak!
well... i enjoyed it.. had a great time. your fun, i like your car. and i like your devils advodate, abnoxious style.... keeps you on your toes.... just dont take advantage and make me the butt off all your jokes now (even though i realize i walk myself into it) or else i will have to pull out a snickers bar.
dont make me do it! i bet i have pretty good aim. dont tempt me!

WHAT A DAY! man it was great. i spent the morning shopping in SoHo....gotta love the prada and gucci knock offs...but no i didnt buy one. i met some very nice people on the train who are from NJ and the daughter goes to NYU. long story short, they bought me lunch. see, northerners arent rude and unfriendly. then i went to see RENT. (yes...starring Joey Fatone of *NSYNC) it was VERY good.glad i didnt see it w/ my mom...i dont think it would be her "thing" so to speak. but i really enjoyed it. after the show all the girls were swarmed around Joey's "getaway car" and screamed when he came out. the few who were able to get autographs burst into tears and acted like "bloody nutters". i laughed and then enjoyed a caramel apple cider and english toffee bar at starbucks. afterward, i went on back to NJ and met up w/ paul and went to see The Ring at the recommendation of Jack. VERY CREEPY MOVIE. i highly recommend it. i think it would have been better if the lights had been turned completely off rather than just dimmed and if the hoard of "people with darker pigment" had been a little less rowdy. but still good. i think i might have ripped pauls arm off in a couple of scenes... i jumped and screamed and tried to hide my face...and he laughed. i am so glad that i can be the source of entertainment for others! anyway... after that, grabbed a quick bite to eat at bennigans and then hung out on the top of douglass deck for a while. a little chilly....but it was fun. i always enjoy getting to know new people. after getting to bed at 3:45 this morning and then waking up at 8....im pooped but it was very well worth it. a fun day indeed!
i just secured tickets to see the Blue Man Group (those crazy guys who do the pentium commercials) on nov 2 w/ jack....should be a lot of fun... im very excited.
so anyway...that is a brief overview of my day in the big bad city yesterday. (for those who have even a shread of interrest.) maybe there will be more later. who knows
